You can change client setting in CLIENT_JVM_OPTIONS property in .adminoption table. GTP and off you go.
Beware, setting this too high won’t let client start on machines with low memory amount. Moreover, I couldn’t set JMX over 230mb at all — it just didn’t work.

Very, very intresting post. I’ve been struggling with an admin link from a package which fails from time to time for “no” reason and then succeds when I re run it, without changing anything. I will test this asap.

But when you say that this can be applied to the rich client, where should one edit the JVMX setting in order to boost performance?
