But when you link 2 cubes and want to transfer a calculated value, you link a source virtual dimension (that’s an allocation link, but nothing lies in this terminology), you will transfer ZERO (that’s for Fill mode, using Substitute saves previous values). Because on virtual dim you get zero value on calc cell = no allocation possible. common mistake.

Only detail values can be transfered using virtual dims.
