I hear this for about a year now. IBM to buy Cognos. IBM do it, please. 100mln R&D budget is not enough for Cognos to redevelop planning significantly. And market is demanding. IBM, you’ve got so much money, what would it change? 300k IBM employees + 5k Cognos ones — a 1,|6|% change.
